On October 31, 2007, my dear Mother was called home to be with the Lord. Although we love you, God loves you more. He allowed you to be with us for 74 years, but when the Heavenly Father called for His beloved child, you had to answer His call. At 7:17 p.m., an angel came and called your name and took you by the hand. Mom had struggled with congestive heart failure for many years and now...her suffering is over.
On November 3, 2007, we gathered to pay tribute to her life. To recognize her accomplishments as a wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend to many. To remember the good times and the laughter that we had...
Our mom was the "best mom ever"...There wasn't a soul around that didn't like her. She touched everyone's heart in one way or another, because she would do anything for you, and never complain about it...
Words cannot describe how deep our love for you flows. Our hearts ache for the loss of our rock and strength, but at the same time we rejoice in knowing that you’ve been made whole again. You are now at peace with the Father in Heaven.
We will always remember your smile, compassion, courage and strength that you have instilled in us all; those are the very things that will be our comfort in the days, weeks, months and years to come. And although time heals all wounds, there is now a void that will never be filled.
